What OS Do These Systems Come with?
All the Pentium 4 units in our inventory come with Windows XP Pro COA and drivers

Also none of our systems come with recovery media


What are your Shipping Costs?
Shipping costs are calculated using our UPS shipping calculator which will calculate the shipping charges once have you have entered your Shipping Information by clicking on the shipping cost tab located under the image of the product and order button

SHIPPING OF ITEMS FOR CUSTOMERS PAYING THROUGH PAYPAL

As stated in our "Shipping & Returns" section, customers paying through Paypal must have their Paypal Shipping Address "confirmed" to the address where they want the unit to be shipped (the address must be the same as the one entered in the Shipping Information while ordering the product)      

We don't ship items to "unconfirmed" Paypal addresses because Paypal does not consider transactions in the Buyers Protection Policy which have an "unconfirmed" Paypal address

Same is the case with customer paying through Credit Card  , the "Billing" and "Shipping" addresses must be identical

Also we don't ship items to P.O Boxes

The best method to pay would be through Paypal or Credit Card

How long does it take to get an item shipped?
Once the payment is received and processed, your product will leave the Warehouse within the next couple business days ranging from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items, however our minimum duration of processing orders is 3 - 5 business days

Within Canada: Usually, transit time for the purchased item is 1-7 business days
United States: Estimated transit time is 7-14 business days.  Arrival time maybe delayed due to rare hold ups by US customs
Some exceptions to delivery time may apply: Remote Location, Post Office Boxes, or availability

What is your Return Policy?
We have a 7 day (no questions asked) return/exchange policy

Do your products come with any warranty?
Yes all  our product come with  a 30 day warranty; if there are any issues with the system in the first 30 days after the purchase is made, Electro Computer Warehouse will gladly replace the faulty system with another one. The customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to ECW.

1 Year Warranty can be purchased.

How much extra is paid for tax?
Taxes apply to all Canadian residents. Taxes for residents of Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador and New Brunswick have to pay 13% HST. All other Canadian residents have to pay 5% GST.
No PST will be charged to customers with vendor permit numbers (Fax copy required).

No taxes for shipments to USA OR ANY OTHER COUNTRY
